Jeff and Scott have known each other for over 10 years and have been great friends since first meeting at Boston College. They are entrepreneurs at heart and bring a range of operating experience from their professional careers. They are passionate about finding the right business to operate into the future.
CO-Founder & Partner
Jeff is Co-Founder and Partner of 20 South Partners. Prior to 20 South Partners, he worked at Great Hill Partners, a middle-market private equity firm that has raised over $5 billion. Jeff has years of experience collaborating with investment teams on transactions and providing guidance to portfolio companies. Prior to business school, he supported Great Hill's close of a $1.1 billion fund. He has also worked in Ernst & Young's M&A Operational Transaction Services consulting group, where he was responsible for leading client restructuring and integration projects.
Jeff's passion and excitement for operating and growing a business began at a young age. When he was in middle school, Jeff ran a successful eBay business - he would rush home after school to ship out orders and manage his auctions. More recently, his entrepreneurial drive has taken shape through real estate investment and property management.
Giving back to the community is important to Jeff; after running his eBay business for several years, he pivoted the venture into a non-profit raising money for cancer research. While in business school, he served on the Board for Fresh Approach, a non-profit focused on access to healthy food in under-served communities, and prior to school, he was co-director of fundraising for Minds Matter of Boston.
Jeff earned his B.S. in Management from Boston College in 2010 and his MBA from the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley in 2018. He has held his CPA in the state of Massachusetts since 2014.

Scott has partnered with small and large client teams across the globe, often acting as an interim operator and working in a hands-on environment to create company value.
